1.These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Grail Way online store, available at www.grailway.pl, including the rules for placing orders, making payments, delivery, withdrawal from the contract, and complaint procedures.

  1. Store – the Grail Way online store operating at www.grailway.pl.

  2. Customer – a natural person over the age of 18 with full legal capacity, as well as a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality placing orders in the store.

  3. Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase in the Store not directly related to their business or professional activity.

  4. Product – an item offered by the Seller for retail sale.

  5. Terms and Conditions – this document.

  6. Sales Agreement – a contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer through the Store.

To use the Store, a device with Internet access, a web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies, and an active e-mail address are required.

  1. Orders can be placed 24/7.

  2. To place an order, the Customer must add a selected product to the cart, proceed to checkout, fill in the necessary data, and choose a payment method.

  3. The Customer can place an order as a guest or through a registered account.

  4. After placing an order, the Customer will receive an automatic confirmation to the provided e-mail address.

  1. All prices displayed on the Store’s website are gross prices, expressed in Polish zloty or euros for international sales.

  2. Available payment methods:

    • PayPal

    • Traditional bank transfer

    • Payment card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

  3. A receipt is issued for each purchase. An invoice can be issued upon the Customer’s request.

  1. Orders are fulfilled only via courier services.

  2. The Seller delivers orders within Poland and selected international destinations.

  3. Delivery costs and estimated delivery time are provided during the ordering process.

  4. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

  1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day of receiving the product.

  2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to “custom made” products – items made to the Customer’s specifications.

  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller via e-mail.

  4. The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the product.

  5. The return must be made promptly, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal notification.

  1. Products offered in the Store are covered by the Seller’s liability for physical and legal defects in accordance with the provisions of the Polish Civil Code (warranty).

  2. In case of discovering a defect, the Customer should immediately notify the Seller by e-mail.

  3. The complaint should include: Customer’s full name, order number, description of the defect, and expectations.

  4. Complaints are processed within 14 calendar days from receipt.

  1. The Customer may voluntarily create an account in the Store.

  2. Account registration requires providing an e-mail address and setting a password.

  3. The Customer can view order history and edit contact details after logging in.

  2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR for the purposes of order processing, customer account management, and complaint handling.

  1. These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of publication on the Store’s website.

  2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. Any changes do not affect orders placed before the effective date of the changes.

  3. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law, including the Consumer Rights Act, apply.
