1. Shipping Information
Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via courier.
Shipping Locations: We ship internationally.
Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Custom-made products may require additional processing time.

2. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return a product:
Return Period: You may return any standard (non-custom) item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Excluded Products: Products that are custom-made or personalized are non-refundable and non-returnable, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Return Costs: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
